·      Shipping within the U.S. is via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship within 24 hours or one business day after payment is made.  Please keep in mind that shipping over weekend or holidays is not possible until the following business day.  International orders welcome! International shipping varies in price and is through USPS Express shipping. (Australia, Canada, UK, others). We may not be able to ship Internationally to all countries via regular Priority Mail.  Express Shipping is recommended as it includes tracking information.

Save on shipping if you win multiple items. Contact us via eBay if interested in multiple items so that we can quote you a total shipping price. We can later adjust in the invoice.

AUTHENTICITY

All our items are authentic. Items are new with tags unless stated as without tags because they fell off or didn't come with tags.  We have years of experience with the The North Face brand.   

Before buyers make false claims about the authenticity, please note that a salesperson at an outdoor store is not an expert in authenticity.  Items we sell may not be the same season or latest version they carry.  We sell The North Face items that are new and authentic, that are either Salesman Samples or Regular items available by the The North Face.  We disclose this in our listings. You are purchasing items as listed on this listed not something you think you saw online elsewhere or on eBay ads.  Please ask if unsure, we will try to post inner label codes and season 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer refunds if you are not satisfied (all except shipping costs to/from) only up to 14 days after item is received. The item must be in the same condition we shipped it to you and have all the original tags attached.  There must be no smells or signs of wear or tear.  Please make sure you ask plenty of questions before purchasing.  It is in the best interest of both the buyer and seller to avoid returns. 

Please use the ebay return system.  They can help streamline the return policy and make your funds available a lot quicker.

BEST OFFERS

We may accept best offers on some items but not all.  Please read eBay’s guidelines for Best Offers.  If we accept your offer, you are obligated under eBay guidelines to pay for the item.  Any questions or conditions should be discussed before you submit a best offer separately. Best offers are just that, best offers.  They are offers that we might accept.  Of course, we prefer to sell at our buy it now price but in certain cases we will entertain best offers.  We cannot disclose lowest offer we will accept but will say that it is a reasonable number close to what a starting bid auction would be.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping discount is available for multiple items.  We encourage you to look through our eBay store and purchase with confidence.  If you purchase more than one item make sure to add all items to your eBay shopping cart before purchasing.

·       You can buy the items together and before you pay for the items, we can combine the items on a single invoice. On the combined invoice, we can revise the shipping cost to show a discounted total price.On rare occasions shipping separately may be cheaper than in one large shipment.

·       If you purchased one item already and paid for it, we cannot combine it with other purchases. However, we can combine all items and ship them together. We will adjust the price on the other items and send a revised invoice with discount or lower shipping price.
