DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped with in one working day, please  note, an order placed on a Friday, may not leave us until Monday, or possibly later if a bank holiday ‘falls’ on the next working day.

We can only post an order to the address supplied in PayPal, please don’t rush checkout, take a moment to ensure your details are correct and complete. We cannot ship elsewhere; the software we use will print the address exactly as you write it.

On larger items, we may send your order via courier, such as My Hermes/ DPD; we will use your PayPal email address to forward you any tracking information.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK MAINLAND ONLY), If you choose next working day delivery, your order will be normally sent either via Royal Mail Special Delivery, or, via DPD Couriers, please note, a working day is Monday To Friday (Not including weekends, or England Bank Holidays), if you have supplied your mobile telephone number, DPD will text you a delivery window of approx 1 hour, and give you the added benefit of requesting a different delivery day, or, replying and requesting the order is left with a neighbour (This is done via text message).

Your order should arrive (assuming next day hasn’t been chosen) with in 2 to 4 posting days (UK) and 14 to 21 posting days (Overseas), a delivery day is Monday to Friday (Not including bank holidays or weekends). If 7 posting days have passed (UK) or 28 posting days (Overseas), we can have your order tracked by Royal Mail (or the chosen courier).

In adverse weather, your order may take longer to arrive (including ‘Next Working Day’), you may be fortunate to not suffer adverse weather, but between you and I, there may be disruption, if you have any queries, please get in touch.

Some areas may be subject to a surcharge, these are mainly ‘off the mainland’ or the highlands of Scotland, again, please do ask before purchase, if this is the case. If a surcharge is applicable, you will be asked to pay this surcharge, if you decline, we will refund you in full.



RETURNS (UK Customers Only)

If I return, what do you expect?


We offer an extended return, giving you plenty of time to make the decision to keep, or, return the goods. A full 30 days from order (not receipt), this is available to UK customers only. So we can offer you this service, we do have a few common sense rules that must be adhered too, so we can refund you, the goods must be returned in there original state ie: brand new, including original packaging. This is so we can resell the goods, if goods are returned soiled and/or damaged (either by you, or while in transit) we will offer either a partial refund, or, no refund (this will depend on its condition). If you used the goods, simply changed your mind, we would suggest selling on auction as a second hand part. We will not accept its return.

I ordered the incorrect part, can you help?

Yes of course, if you have had the goods less than 30 calendar days (from order) and you are based in the UK, you are welcome to return the goods, and we can swap out the goods for you for the correct part (if there is a price difference, this will be either partially refunded, or, you will be asked to pay the higher amount). Returns after be fair, we would kindly remind you to refer to the Q& A ‘If I return, what do you expect?’

I have changed my mind, can I have a refund?

That’s fine, yes Returns after be fair, we would kindly remind you to refer to the Q& A ‘If I return, what do you expect?’ We only accept a 30 day return, so you, or customer has more flexibility, but thius has to be fair, the goods must remain new, sealed (where appropriate), if the goods have been tampered with or fitted (we have ways of checking easily) we will refuse your return. This is a firm line, but to avoid abuse.

I don’t like it, I want my money back, can I?

If the goods are still in there original box / sealed (if applicable), yes of course. Please refer to the Q & A ‘If I return, what do you expect?’

Who pays for the return?

The customer would pay for the return, we strongly suggest sending tracked and fully insured, proof of postage, is not proof of receipt.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please refer to the delivery tab; this will answer all of your questions with respect to delivery.

Why do you surcharge because I live in the Channel Islands/Northern Ireland & Highlands of Scotland?

Many couriers do charge a premium rather than spreading the cost to all customers, we will only pass on the true surcharge cost, and the surcharge is to cover the handling of goods via road, air and/or sea. You are welcome to a full refund prior to shipping if you are unhappy with this. Just let us know.

Can I collect or visit you?

Yes of course, near the header of the description, you will see a tab you can click ‘where are you?’, this will open Google maps, giving you directions from a smart phone or tablet if you have a navigation app on your phone or tablet, or using our postcode, S36 2DW and shop number, 528. We are open Monday to Saturday From 10am to 4pm.

I want a specific item today; will you have it if I want to collect?

This will depend on what item it is, we sell over 125,000 items on eBay, many items are ‘drop shipped’ so never seen by ourselves, but, do call us on the phone number at the header, we can check stocks for you, please don’t make a special journey without checking first, if you do ask us to have a certain product delivered to ourselves, so you can collect, this will need to be paid for in full prior to being ordered by us.

Humans make mistakes, right?

Sometimes we may make a mistake, although this is rare, mistakes can and do happen, we will ensure you are refunded in full for any mistake made by ourselves (this would not include consequential loss), we will let you know how to proceed if you receive the incorrect item, likewise, its isn’t uncommon for customers to order an incorrect product. As example ie: need passenger mirror, yet ordered a drivers mirror. As is the case with ourselves, we are here to help, and you can return the incorrect product (ensure it is perfect with no damage), pay the ‘true cost’ to send you the correct one (and any surcharge if the mirror costs more – or a partial refund if it costs less).
The mirror example is, just that, an example, many factors will depend on how we proceed with a mistake. ie: financially viable to return etc.

Do you offer a fitting service?

I am sorry, we don’t, we simply don’t have the time, we can make suggestions on how to find a honest, reliable fitter, and give you tips if you feel you’re competent enough to fit yourself.

Is Postage really free?

Short answer, no, we would prefer it if it showed as a inclusive cost (eBay show it as ‘free’ not us), we always ‘include’ the postage cost in our items to most of the UK, however if a product is price marked at £1.00, we may need to charge more then this to deliver, as the cost of a stamp (let alone the time and packaging to physically pack your item) is around £1.00 too.

I paid by eCheque in PayPal, why have you cancelled it?

We only accept payments via debit and credit card, as these are instant, an eCheque can take upto 10 days to clear, leaving us to micro manage an order, and leaving you without the goods (until the payment clears). It’s for these reasons, we no longer accept eCheques, and we will ‘cancel’ any eCheques if you pay this way.

My Item has arrived damaged, what happens now?

Damage in transit is very rare. We would ask you to email us in eBay messages straight away. We expect a damaged product to be reported to us with in 2 calendar days (Monday to Sunday). Please do not delay, we can help you faster, and ensure the damage can be reported appropriately. You are given 2 full days, so we the courier used, cannot blame the damage on either you or I (we DO NOT ship damaged goods).
