1.       Take the Bottom Plate and place it on a clean, dry surface. Separate the tops and bottoms of the empty capsules.

2.       Place the Shaker Plate on top of the Bottom Plate, using the four indents to align it correctly in place.

3.       Pour capsule bottoms (the long piece) into the Shaker Plate and, using a circular motion, gently shake the bottoms into the holes. While doing this, cover the gap at the corner of the Shaker Plate with one hand to avoid spilling the capsule bottoms.

4.       When the holes are filled pour out the excess bottoms. Rearrange the capsules bottoms where necessary.

5.       Remove the Shaker Plate and put the filled Bottom Plate to one side.

6.       Now take the Cap Plate. Align the Shaker Plate to the Cap Plate correctly in place.

7.       Pour capsule tops into the Shaker Plate and shake as before to fill the holes. Pour off excess tops. Remove the Shaker Plate and put the Cap Plate carefully to one side.

8.       Pour a scoop of powder filler onto the Bottom Plate and use the Spreader to fill the cap bottoms.

9.       If the bottoms are not filled enough, use the Tampering Tool to compress the fillings and repeat the procedure.

10.   When capsule bottoms are filled properly, place the Spreader and the Shaker Plate to one side.

11.   Now take the filled Cap Plate and place the Middle Plate on top, making sure that the two indents on the Middle Plate  side is facing UP.

12.   Turn the Cap Plate/ Middle Plate over and place it onto the Bottom Plate, using the four screws at the corners to fit it correctly in place.

13.   Using both hands, apply equal pressure to press down on the plates. The tops and bottom part of the capsules will be joined together.

14.   Remove the Top Plate. The completed capsules can now be collected from the Middle Plate.
