ATTENTION BUYERS: Please note that UGG is removing ‘Australia’ from their brand name – consequently the brand will be just ‘UGG’. Accordingly, due to this change they have updated their packaging/box for their products – it is now a plain box with UGG on the lid and a sunburst on the box next to the QR barcode and style/size label. Additionally, the tissue paper for Women’s is a cream (off white) color with UGG pattern and a booklet is included instead of the single cards for authenticity verification. The QR code is still included so you may scan the product for authenticity confirmation.

All of my items are NEW purchased directly from the parent company unless otherwise stated. They are 100% Authentic. Some are pre-production samples and have never been produced and are extremely RARE. Others are discontinued items and are also hard to find and RARE. Others are new stock that is ready for the following season. These are not damaged, they are Samples.
Some may have a slight flaw. I will tell you if that pertains to a product that I am selling.
Pre-production and sample shoes come in one size per gender. Women 7, Men 9 and Childrens 13. Usually they do not come with a size tag inside. Some do have a paper label on the sole, others do not. Some have been marked on the inside to prevent store returns. This is to prevent people from buying online and returning them to the store for full price refunds.
Please be careful of others who are trying to tell you what to look for in a fake shoes and boots. Some of this information is wrong! I have over 10,000 feedback on my two stores, and could not possibly be selling fake products and still be allowed to sell on eBay. Trust feedback, not information that could or could not be true.
I only take returns if the item is misrepresented. I do not take returns for wrong size. Sizing is your responsibility! Free shipping does not mean that my shipping costs to you will be refund . This does occasionally happen and I am happy to admit my error. Items claiming misrepresentation that I do not agree with will be shipped to Ebay for confirmation under seller protection policy. This may result in your purchase upheld, and funds not being returned to you. I am sorry for this long explanation, but due to "a few" folks who try to work around sellers policy I have tried to make this very clear. Does not fit is NOT misrepresentation!

Misinformation about the HOLOGRAM! The hologram was first introduced in 2010. There are two versions of the hologram. It only appears in one boot. There are lots and lots of shoes that were produced before 2010 that do not have the hologram. This does NOT mean they are fake, it means that they are new old stock! The new sample items do not have any tag inside, that is the way they are produced. A hologram does not mean they are authentic, it just means they were produced after 2010 and happen to have a hologram tag. Not the big deal as some are making of this!
