Wideband, Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier for HF/VHF/UHF Receivers, and for SDR tuners

This professional, ultra-low noise, wideband RF amplifier was designed to use with amateur radio receivers and for SDR tuners. LNAmp1 makes weak signals strong with excellent signal-to-noise ratio, so you will be able to receive transmission like never before. The PCB size is really tiny, only 35 x 30 mm, so it's very easy and fast to upgrade your existing radio sets with this small, but really powerful amplifier. 

The amplifier is built with the PGA-103+ monolithic ultra-low noise amplifier IC from Minicircuits. 

For frequencies under 1GHz the typical noise figure is only 0.5 dB, and 0.7 dB at 1.5 GHz, which values make reception very clear.

Thanks to the high-end design, you can power the amplifier many ways;

-Power over microUSB socket: power the circuit using your standard cellphone charger with microUSB plug, or use any microUSB cable to power LNAmp1 from your PC or LapTop

-Power from external power supply: you can use any power supply, wall adapter, or even batteries with output voltage rage from 7 to 15 V DC

-Phantom power: circuit can be powered from a remote station over the coaxial cable (7-15V), so you can place the amplifier as close to the antenna as possible

Circuit has a built-in voltage regulator, and all the power inputs are protected against reverse polarity, so it's almost undestroyable. On the board, you will find a small, blue LED, that shows: power is OK!

Mounting the board is very easy, thanks to the two 3 mm fixing holes on the board.
