Returns and exchanges are accepted

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product we will collect the item and either replace the item from you or refund you in full. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.

Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 14 working days as per the Distant Selling Regulations. Customers must notify us by email within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items.

Items should be in its original packing and must not be used.

Refund will process after getting product back.

Buyer is responsible for accepting delivery. If in case, its return back because of not acceptance, Buyer has to pay postage charges again for re-delivery.

Shipping Terms

UK Delivery Time: UK mainland delivery time is 1-2 working days

International Delivery Time: Delivery time for all international orders is 5-6 working days

Delivery Times

We use to dispatch all goods same day of receiving payment if we get paid before 2:00 PM as per UK time. Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday except bank and public holidays. As soon as your item is dispatched you will be notified.

Delivery Service

Myhermes is generally used for courier deliveries and Royal mail for our smaller items, you may need to sign for the goods therefore please ensure you make provision for this. If you are unable to collect the parcel please contact us so we can help make arrangements for you, it is however the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take delivery. In the case of a parcel being returned to us due to not being collected, we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge will be made to re-deliver the parcel.

Return Postage

If in unlikely situation where customer got wrong or defective product, We will pay you return postage charges and if you return item for any other reason, we will refund the product sale price less postage charges we paid to deliver it.
