Adidas Lateral Speed Resistor
The Adidas Lateral Speed Resistor is a training aid designed to improve speed, agility and explosive power. It features two adjustable, padded ankle cuffs connected by a resistance tube with an outer cord cover. The speed resistor creates resistance when used and helps improve co-ordination between the limbs which enhances joint stability.
