Shipping Policy:
Domestic shipments- We offer eBay Fast N' Free expedited shipping on all of our items, as well as one-day shipping options. Only customers in the USA are eligible for Fast n' Free shipping. We have a 1-day handling time, which means your order will be shipped out the following business day. However, we do try our best to get orders placed before 12PM Pacific Time shipped out the same day. We observe all postal holidays.
International shipments- We offer worldwide shipping to eligible countries through the eBay Global Shipping Program. Please refer to the "Shipping and payments" tab to see if we ship to your country and calculate shipping costs. These costs are paid to eBay, not to the seller. International orders are shipped to eBay's Global Shipping Center, where it is then forwarded to the customer. Due to return shipping costs, all sales are final on all international orders. If a package is lost in transit, eBay will be responsible for providing the buyer with a full refund including shipping costs.
Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may need a return or exchange for various reasons. You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of that item. To start a return, find the item in My eBay - Purchase History and select "Return this item" from the "More actions" drop-down menu.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. If you are returning an item because of a fault or other damage, please clearly state this on your return. In the interests of hygiene, certain products such as tights and earrings cannot be returned, unless they have remained unworn and in their original packaging.
Return shipments are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless there was a shipping error on our behalf. Please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items during return shipment.
