POSTAGE


WE OFFER A POSTAGE DISCOUNT ON MORE THAN ONE ITEM BOUGHT. THIS WILL BE DISCOUNTED ON THE INVOICE


NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS ARE QUOTED IN THE LISTING


UK POSTAGE

All items will be sent out first class post, our posting days are currently Thursday, Friday & Saturday only.

All orders over £41.00 will be sent by Recorded Delivery (unless otherwise requested)for UK An extra 75p will be added to your invoice


if you require Special Delivery please let us know, this will be an £3.75 on top of postage for this service


Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an automated email to let you know.


Although our items posted out by first class post please allow plenty of time for delivery. We cannot track any orders until after 15 working days from the date of posting, this is the time the post office state for reasonable time for posting.


If you have not received your item after 15 working days from the date of posting please contact us. We will start the postal claim process. We cannot do anything until after this time has passed. Once we have looked into a claim and the post office are satisfied the item has not been delivered and is lost in transit we will refund the cost of the order minus postage paid. This can take a while so we aprieciate your patience during this process.


INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

All international orders are sent by airmail. All orders over £41.00 will be sent by international signed for delivery and an extra £2.95 will be added to your invoice (unless otherwise requested)


Please allow up to four weeks for delivery, if you not receive your order within this time please contact us for further assistance.


PAYMENT


Uk customers - We accept Paypal, Personal Cheques and Postal orders


Please put your ebay ID and Item number on the back of cheques and postal orders so that we can identify you as we receive a lot of this method of payment.


PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS.

NON PAYMENT


If you are having a problem making payment please let us know, if we do not receive payment or contact about payment after seven days we will automatically send out a pay reminder, please note that is this just a reminder for you. If payment is not received after seven days from the date of the reminder being sent to you, we will continue with the unpaid item process


RETURNS We accept returns for 7 days after the receipt of delivery, all items must be returned in their original unused, unopened condition and packaging, Buyer must pay for all return postage and packaging costs. Please include your ebay Id and Item number in the packaging


If your item is faulty please return your item to us with the original postage label marked return to sender, we will check the item once it has been received, if we find it to be faulty we will refund all of your costs including return postage. Please let us know if you need to return a faulty item
