All items will be covered by BiteBee's Warranty exclusively.
BiteBee will cover all new items for 90 days. Any shipping damages or defectives need to be reported as soon as possible. After submitting warranty request, please wait until we review and issue a RA # by e-mail. We only accept warranty with a RA #. When you ship your item, please use trackable shipping method like FedEx or UPS with insurance. We will not honor warranty for any damages from misuse, wrong handling, abuse, burnt voice coils, dropped, broken, chipped, bent, punctured and manually damaged. Please return warranty items within 14 days of issuing RA #. Any warranty item will be repaired or replaced with same or similar size item at BiteBee's discretion. We don't offer refunds for any warranty service. |
