  • Every Sign Passes Quality Check and Packaging Quality before shipped
  • Once package shipped it cannot be retracted 
  • Donot accept package if its Damaged and contact us by eBay message immediately 
  • All purchase will be shipped on address provided by eBay , Please leave a note if any change required
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days
  • Sign can be shipped from INDIA or USA according to availability
  • We will provide replacement parts in case sign shows any defects
  • Every country have different import rules.Import Duties and Tax vary from county to county , Buyer will be responsible for the payment if country charge any duty or Tax.
  • Item can take 7 to 25 days in delivery depending upon country , Size of sign and National Holidays
  • We provide 3 year warranty(1 year full and 2 year limited) . Replacement of Module will be done if more than 1% lights goes off. In Limited warranty period every part of sign is not covered under warranty.
  • Buyer will be responsible for return shipping Fees
