Here I offer a DVD containing 320 high res scans ( 1200 dpi ) , produced from rare , original photo albums .

Albums belonged to Friedrich Fristler  who served with Luftwaffe . Pre WW2 he served with legion Condor LN 88 when the Germans supported Franco in the Spanish Civil war .

There is a good number ( approx 40 ) of photos of German planes in Condor Legion markings ..these include Me109's , Ju88 , Do 17 , He111 , Fieseler Storch , Ju87 , Ju52 . some interesting camo schemes on some of the planes .

There are photos of crashed planes , planes in flight formation , planes on airfields .

Around 12 photos show large bombs stockpiled / loaded onto trucks .

other photos show bomb damage to Spanish buildings , Spanish locals ..approx 40-50% of photos cover service in Spain .

There are a few photos of Legion Condor victory parade in Germany .

Sometime after Spain Friedrich becomes a pilot , there are a few photos which relate to his pilot training and he is seen with a pilots badge on his uniform . A memorial certificate states he was missing in action over Russia in 1943 .
