  • Please include a note in the return package describing the reason for the return

3. Damaged Shipment

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf with USPS. Once the claim has been approved by USPS, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full refund. Please do not file a claim with USPS, as this will only delay the claims approval process. And you had better leave several angles of photo shots of the package.


4. Incorrect Item Received
