Customs labels - we cannot write
anything but the true value and nature of the goods on Customs labels so please
do not ask us to make false statements. There are no exceptions to this.
We always include an invoice inside the parcel unless specifically asked not to.
Returns - should you need to
return an item to us for any reason, please contact us first, within 24 hours
of receipt of item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

models very carefully using good quality packing materials. All models are sent
in suitable cardboard boxes.
UK Postage - We only use postage
services with tracking as required by PayPal – on most items UK Buyers have the
choice of Hermes Tracked or Royal Mail Signed For/Special Delivery.
Shipping outside UK – We use Royal
Mail Tracked & Signed with insurance included for all items valued £50 or
more.
Combined shipping – We do offer
reduced rates on additional items. If you are buying more than 1 item and want
to get a postage quote please contact us for rates.
