Our Values

At Electric Mania we make sure our customer is provided with a service which is quick and efficient. Our core values are based upon delivering a speedy service both in delivering orders and responding to customer queries. We aim to provide quality products which meet the descriptions to a tee. If and when problems arise, which we do not deny can happen from time to time, we aim to rectify situations fairly and quickly. Our customer feedback which we are very proud of reflects the type of service delivered.

What we sell

At Electric Mania we sell new and graded items. Graded items are sold with a minimum 6 month Electric Mania Warranty unless otherwise stated. For new items, will generally be 1 year but could be longer. Each item will have specific details.
Graded items are customer returns. Some will be returns that have never been used and could have been returned due to wrong color or any other reason for that matter. Some may have been returned as faulty but no fault to be found. Those items which are returned as faulty are refurbished to working condition. Our grading system is as follows:

Grade A+ (New unused factory sealed stock)

Grade A- (New unused stock with slight box damage or box being opened)

Grade B+ (Item in excellent condition, possibly with only minor marks in "non crucial" areas and complete with accessories. May not be in original packing)

Grade B - (Item shows more signs of use AND/OR missing accessories. If accessories are missing, the advert will clearly state that an accessory is missing

Grade C (Faulty for spares or repair - No warranty included on this grade)

The best way to contact us is directly through eBay questions. We answer 99% of questions within 24 hours and mostly within a matter of a few hours. Please note that any questions sent after 5PM on Saturday will not be answered until Monday.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for UK deliveries.

We have a 98% success rate in dispatching orders same day if payment is received before 12pm. Each listing will specify which type of delivery option available.

1st Class Royal Mail - takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
2nd Class Royal Mail - takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Special Next Day delivery - delivered next working day before 1pm after dispatch

Parcelforce 24 - takes 1 working day after dispatch
Parcelforce 48 - takes 2 working days after dispatch

For Parcelforce items, the following postcodes can take up to 3 working days for delivery when using either service:

Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE

Saturday and Sundays do not qualify as working days

Please bear in mind those Parcelforce deliveries to Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge. The following postcodes will incur a surcharge:

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25 and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly

International Deliveries - this will vary from country to country. Please bear in mind deliveries outside the EU will be subject to possible import taxes in your country.

Returns

Under our Electric Mania eBay Refund Policy, you have 7 days to cancel an order and return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.

*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please contact us before returning an item to get returns authorization details.

If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to Electric Mania for checking and verification of the fault.
If the fault develops after 30 days but within the 6 month warranty for refurbished or 1 year for new items (or longer if stated) please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Electric Mania team for checking and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Payment

Payments can be made by PayPal, Postal Orders or direct deposit into our bank account. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address (No exceptions). If you need to change your address to a different delivery address than usual, please ensure you update your delivery details on checkout with PayPal before paying.
