Chord Epic speaker cable is the result of a happy marriage between two of our award winning speaker cables. Epic uses the same conductors as Chord Odyssey, and the shielding, visible through its translucent jacket is taken from our Signature speaker cable. The shielding brings big improvements right across the frequency range. There is space around individual instruments and the timbre of instruments is easy to hear. Violins, cellos and violas sound more realistic, likewise pianos, bass notes have great definition and rhythms are easy to follow and get involved with.

Chord Epic is a high performance shielded speaker cable with many of the performance characteristics of the more expensive Chord Signature.  It will work with any system, and anyone with wide bandwidth speakers will really hear the definition and timbre that Epic brings to bass instruments, both acoustic and electric.  The shielding on Epic helps with more than bass;  it will bring a natural and involving coherence across the frequency range.  Once run in, Epic makes listening to music easy and very enjoyable.
