Shipping Policy
We will combine shipping if multiple items are purchased. All domestic shipments will be shipped USPS or UPS ground. All international shipments will be shipped USPS. We will ship within 2 days of winning bid. Cut-off time for shipping is 3:00 P.M.(ET). Faster shipping is available for an additional cost. Tracking will be uploaded to eBay. On freight shipments the buyer can send their trucking company to our facility for pickup or we can quote freight shipping to the buyer’s location.

Refund Policy
All items are guaranteed against DOA. Any defective item must be reported with 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA number. Contact us for the RMA number before returning the item. Buyer will pay return shipping. All serial numbers will be recorded before shipment and the item will be tested upon return. If returned item is deemed to be working or not the item that was shipped to buyer, a refund will not be issued. Item will be replaced or money refunded at the buyer’s preference.
