"REVISED" RETURN POLICY ...
We have REVISED our RETURN policy to the delite of many prospective buyers! However if you look through many of the
current auctions appearing on EBAY, when it comes to HI-END items, you will find that we weren't the only sellers who had
refused any RETURNS. It should be noted that under the category of RETURNS many sellers clearly state:"SELLER DOES
NOT OFFER RETURNS. YOU ARE COVERED BY THE EBAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM
THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING". We now share that sentiment and we have listened to buyer's comments
who have actually stated to us that without a return policy, that was their reason for not purchasing certain items that we were
selling. So, we will now allow buyers to RETURN ANY ITEM, limited (as ebay states) to whether the item is AS DESCRIBED
IN THE LISTING. To define "AS DESCRIBED", once again we adhere to the rules of this site which do limit actual verbiage
within an auction with respect to WHAT THE ITEM IS, WHO THE ARTIST IS & SPECIFIC FEATURES. As for condition of
any item (RECORD, OUTER JACKET etc.) for example, in the case of a vinyl record, we will do our very best to describe
what play surfaces look like and post detailed photos to the best of our ability as amateur photographers. (Always remember
that describing the condition of a vinyl record is not an exact science and is based upon someone's visual examination and
mainly the opinion of an examiner. Industry standards are followed by all of our examiners). Labels will be best described by
posting detailed photos that would illustrate defects if and when they exist. As for an outer jacket or a picture sleeve, we will
inform buyers about any possible bends, folds, seem splits, writing etc. in detail. Photos posted for any possible defects will
probably be the best descriptive evidence that anyone would want. When it comes to items that are being sold as a ONE-OF-
A-KIND, RARE COLLECTIBLE, ARTIFACT or MUSEUM PIECE, these are sold based solely upon what they are and with
only limited consideration given to condition since they are unique pieces. These items would not fall under standard return
policy guidelines unless there are damages discovered upon arrival or an item received is not that purchased from the seller.
As stated in some of our previous auctions, we continue to insist that prospective buyers ask questions or request additional
photos (when unsure) PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR MAKING ANY OFFERS. We want to always make certain that buyers
completely understand exactly what it is that they are buying. (This is our newly revised RETURN policy. If any buyer feels
that we've either omitted something or have not explained something, we'd like to know how we can improve and if you have
any suggestions). Thanks for watching!
