REGULAR ITF HAND PADS ---  You can be sure of excellent comfort and security with these good quality pads - They are made from durable foam covered with a strong easy clean plastic surface - Limited numbers and only in the sizes we show – SIZES the makers recommend the same size hand pads size as you will need to fit your feet (except Extra Large feet where the Large Hands should be correct)  - See foot pads to get your correct size.  

REGULAR ITF FOOT PADS ---  You can be sure of excellent comfort and security with these good quality pads - They are made from durable foam covered with a strong easy clean plastic surface - We have limited numbers as shown so get them now or you may miss a bargain - SIZES we show the Maximum UK shoe size that these pads will fit as follows -- ExSmall to 2 -- Small to 4 -- Medium to 7 -- Large to 10 -- ExLarge to 12½ -- NOTE that these shoe sizes we show are for the UK and they are about half a size smaller than in the USA – So a size 9 UK shoe is equal to a size 9½ in the USA. 

REGULAR ITF HEAD GUARDS --- These are great quality Head Guards that are designed to provide protection from the danger of head injury (or brain damage) that may be the result of a bump on the wall or by a fall to the floor - NOTE Health & Safety - the Law states that you MUST wear a Head Guard for ALL sparring in class or in competitions

* IMPORTANT * USE of PADS -- These pads are designed for light or "touch" contact type of sparring that is carried out in most Karate and ITF Taekwondo lessons - The pads are NOT designed for use on a Punchbag or for other activities where full power kicks and punches are used - If you want heavier duty pads look in our eBay shop for the listings that do not have this warning.
