PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Paypal for purchases. Payment is due immediately after auction ends or after buy it now.
Local pick-up is available on some items, contact us for more information. We only accept cash payment for local pickups.
5%  GST and 7% PST will be applied to any local pick ups.  

SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship within 3 business days.

·         Please make sure that your shipping address is correct through Paypal before you make your payment.

·         Please do not request a different shipping address once your payment has been made as we cannot guarantee that changes will be made.

·         Any packages returned to us by the carrier due to a faulty address will be subject to pay the original shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days on defective products. Non-defective product will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping on defective and non-defective product. Let us know what the issue is and we will help you as best as we can.
