We post by Royal Mail and courier, by Royal Mail we post to anywhere in the UK with a postcode and by courier we only post to mainland UK only excluding Islands, Northern Scotland and N.Ireland. Check the postal option on the item listing as we only post items over a certain weight by courier due to Royal Mail postal costs.
You need to sign for the item as damaged unless you are 100% satisfied that the item has arrived in perfect condition. This is a requirement of some couriers we use. Unless the item is signed for as damaged a claim cannot be made against the courier. You will be responsible for postage costs if you need to return an item not sign for as damaged.
If you have receive a damaged item and have signed for it as damaged or the courier has left the item in a safe place without a signature contact us and we will arrange for the collection and make a claim with the courier.
We may upgrade any of our advertised royal mail postings to courier free of charge without prior notice. A telephone number and email address are required for any courier deliveries so please make sure your ebay shipping address has a current email and telephone number. An up to date telephone number is not needed for royal mail postage.
Royal Mail and the courier collect from us every weekday so your item will be despatched the same day or next working day at the very latest. Please remember that items do get delayed and lost in the post unfortunately this is beyond our control.
If you believe an item has gone missing first contact your LOCAL ROYAL MAIL SORTING OFFICE to see if it is being held for any reason. It is getting more common when an item will not fit through your letterbox, a delivery has been attempted whilst nobody at home and no calling card has been left.

2) For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail through ebay only. We will then issue you with a FIT number for reference and that will should be quoted on all future correspondence. Faulty items should be returned to us with 14 days at the buyers expense and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to confirming that he item is faulty.
3) If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charges that are required to return the parcel to us. This is usually second class post. If a faster service or a more expensive method of postage is used to return the item, we will only refund the minimum amount it would have cost to send the item back to us and not the actual price paid.
