Orders received before 10am are sent out the same day via Royal Mail first class service. We pride ourselves on our exceptionally quick delivery times - just look at our feedback! If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we also offer an Express Service at a competitive price, this gives you tracked, next day delivery. Orders placed before 12pm will be sent the same day.

For Large items or heavy parcels (above 2kg) we will use a courier service which will be 2-3 working days.

CLICK & COLLECT:

We offer the Click & Collect Service on most items, this is a truly great service, with flexibility to collect your parcel from your local Argos store at your convenience. With extended weekend and evening opening hours, you can collect your parcel at a time that suits you. If Click & Collect is available on your order, you will be able to select this option when you add your items to your basket.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Despite being a UK based company we successfully supply to customers across the world using the Global Shipping Programme. This ensures you receive your goods as quickly as possible with no customs/duty delays.

EASY RETURNS:

Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.

If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided if you wish to keep it.

When returning items, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit, we recommend using a tracked service for your return, but this is optional and at your expense. We cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.

Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please contact us via the eBay messaging service or email us. Please ensure you state you are an eBay customer along with your eBay ID and order number.

FAULTY GOODS:

VC is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us (attach photos of the fault if possible). Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Please message or email us. Explain in your email if you are simply returning for a refund or would like an exchange. Please ensure you state you are an eBay customer along with your eBay ID and order number.
