Hitari Trade Limited is an online retailer of Gaming Consoles, Games, Accessories, PC Components, Consumer Electronics, Housewares, Kitchen & Home appliances, Gadgets, Toys and other products that we keep introducing on a daily basis.

We started trading in 2004 and has grown through providing our customers with excellent customer service and quick delivery service which is provided FREE of charge to all UK mainland addresses unless stated otherwise.

We operate from the UK mainland, supported by e-Commerce websites and our eBay UK shop where we list all our products for customers to bid, buy now and compare prices. We sell mainly to UK and Europe and currently expanding to cover other non-European countries such as Australia, USA and Canada.

It is worth noting that all our products are officially sourced from UK main distributors, manufacturers and vendors - They all come with a minimum of 12 months warranty and 30 Days Return policy.

We offer the largest PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 bundles and also able to cater for any special orders if you are unable to find what you would like from all our available bundles and packages.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, Un-crossed Postal Orders and Credit or Debit Cards (only on our website). We do not entertain payment by cash or cheque.

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. So, please make sure you verify your address with PayPal to avoid any delays in processing your order.

By Credit or Debit Cards - No longer provided on eBay (Only on our website).

By Uncrossed Postal Order - Please post the “Uncrossed” Postal Order to the postal address specified on Contact Us Box. To avoid any further delay in dispatching your order, you must request an “Uncrossed” Postal Order from the Post Office.

Shipping

All Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. The Delivery service used is specified on the listing description.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries unless it is dispatched via courier service which you will need to allow no more than 3 days.
Large and/or expensive items are usually dispatched via Courier Next Day Delivery Service.

Warranty

All our products come with a minimum of 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty (unless stated otherwise on the listing description) covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay messaging service.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt you should return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our Return Department. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Returns

Hitari Trade operates a 30 day returns policy to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Any item purchased from Hitari Trade may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the dispatch date, providing that the item still unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Please contact us first before you return any item.

Once item is received, it will be inspected and if confirmed unused unopened and in its original condition, we will exchange it or issue a full refund as per your request minus the initial postage cost.
