YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A SMALL GRING ON YOUR DRIVER SIDE TRANNY MOUNT OR YOU WILL NEED TO PUT A SMALL DIMPLE IN THE DOWNPIPES. WE DID NOT DO THE DIMPLE AS WE DID NOT WANT TO SACRIFICE THE SIZE OF THE PIPES AND LEFT IT UP TO THE END USER! THIS IS THE ONLY EXTRA STEP NEEDED FOR INSTALL.
THESE DO NOT COME IN FULL 3" ANYONE AS SHOWN. THEY ONLY COME TAPERED MID PIPES NOW AS SHOWN IN THE FIRST PICTURE. WE DO NOT MAKE SPECIAL ORDERS ON FULL 3". I AM SORRY.

Change of mind? No problem we can cancel up to 24 business hours UNLESS shipped , please note that due to processing time we will try our BEST to get it cancelled the moment you send a cancellation request. 

WARRANTY: Here at BPM all of our items carry a warranty. The duration of the warranty depends on the item. The warranty ONLY covers manufacturer defects of the item. It does NOT cover defects from the installer. It is encouraged and advised to have a certified mechanic install your product.  If it is determined by our manufacturing engineers that this is the fault of the client, the warranty is voided.

OPEN ISSUES:

What is an open issue? An issue that requires investigation between the seller and the buyer. For ex. Received the wrong item, Shipping carrier requires your phone number or email address. Quantity issues etc. Please contact us if this type of situation arises and we will respond within 24 to 48 business hours

1. How long does it take to process my order?

- We process orders from 1 hour up to 24 business hours

2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

- Yes, once it is processed your tracking number will be uploaded to your paypal account an whichever email address is attached to your paypal is where you will find your tracking. 

3. Why is my item coming from China?

- Due to inventory reasons of certain items , some items are directly shipped from China but rest assured that the processing time and the delivery time is the same of 3 to 5 days or sooner.

4. Will I get the exact item from the picture?

- We do our best to make the item and the description as clearly as we can, if you have any questions in regards to what your getting that is NOT listed in the description please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.

5. What if I need the item shipped some where else outside of my paypal address?

- Our suggestion here at BPM is to update your address BEFORE you purchase as we cannot update your address for you.

6.  Does any of your items come with instructions?

7. What if I changed my mind and I want to return the item 

You may return the item within the 30 day return policy, but please understand that if your changing your mind OR if the application will not work with your setup you are subject to a 20% restock fee

8. Does the warranty void if I customize the item?

-Absolutely it voids the warranty as we will no longer be able to re stock or re-sale the item.
