Shipping
Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping transit time on domestic orders. International orders may require longer transit time based on your specific location. Oversize and freight orders may take longer. Transit times are controlled by the carrier and weather related variables. Most orders ship via USPS priority mail which offers a fast and reliable shipping service along with the ability to track packages. Heavier/larger items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and oversized items will ship via freight carrier. We also offer combined shipping for multiple items to your location.

Return policy
If within 14 days after you receive your shipment you are not satisfied, you may return the new, unused item(s) for a refund of the original purchase price. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with no modifications or alterations. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items or clearance items. Re-pack the item(s) in a sturdy box. Include a copy of your invoice and circle each item being returned and state the reason why. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS.
