We don't make any money on postage - the price you pay is the price that Royal Mail charges us.
We always post by first class mail, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
We aim to post all items the day after payment has cleared, but (as with life) this is not a definite.
We are happy to post worldwide, except for Nigeria.
We are not liable for taxes, or for delays due to your item being held up by customs.
We offer postal discounts for multiple items, unless postage is listed as free.
If the amount isn't adjusted automatically, then please send us a message when you buy (but before paying) so that we can invoice you with the new amount.
We of course do refunds on unwanted/faulty items. It must be returned to us unworn and as new within 14 days to qualify for a refund. Please start a return case before sending it back to us.
If the item is faulty then we will pay the cost of return postage; if you have simply changed your mind then you will need to pay the return postage yourself.
