Domestic Shipping Policy:

• The buyer pays one shipping charge which covers postage, packaging, handling, delivery confirmation, and tracking. Insurance may be extra for some items.
• Product will be professionally packed.
• Please send us your complete shipping address for shipping quote and a phone number where we can contact you.
• Item will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.
• Tracking number will be emailed the same day the product is shipped.
• We use experience-proven shipping materials and packaging techniques. Products may be disassembled prior to shipping as appropriate to ensure their safety and minimize shipping costs.
• Problems are rare however if an item is damaged on arrival, buyer agrees to notify us within 1 day with a contact phone number, and make the item and the original packaging available for inspection for another 7 days.
  

International Shipping Policy:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• International shipments may be held in your country's Customs Dept. We have no control over that.
