Refund Terms & Conditions

• You must open a return item request within 14 days and have your request for return accepted by us.
• The item(s) must be returned within 14calendar days of receipt.
• You MUST complete the returns form included with your item(s).
• We regret that all associated postage costs are non refundable.
• A refund will be issued to your payment method within 7 working days of the item being received.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

• You should email us via eBay messages/ask seller a question to let us know which item/size/colour you would like to exchange for.
• Await a response which will confirm we have your required item available for exchange.
• Return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt.

Whilst every effort is made to standardise the sizing throughout the range of products offered by Offpricefashion, the dynamic nature of footwear inevitably leads to inconsistencies in shoe fitting. Where possible, we are happy to measure footwear for you upon request.
