Used Parts Policy
Shipping:
Most
items are shipped same or next business day, and occasionally 2
business
days. Expect larger items such as engines, hoods, or transmissions to
take up to 3 business days.(Please note that weekends are not business
days). Please contact us if you require rush delivery
Warranty:
There is no warranty for used parts. All parts are tested and are in good working condition before removal(unless otherwise noted). Please
check with a dealer, look at pictures, take measurements, etc before
bidding to make sure the part you buy is right for your application-
we'll help as best as we can. We
cannot be held responsible for parts purchased in error, parts
misdiagnosed, parts damaged during installation, etc.
Installation/repairs should always be done by a professional.
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us directly and we'll do everything within reason to make sure we provide the best possible customer service.
Returns:
Returns are not accepted unless otherwise noted or if the item arrives not as described. We understand items can sometimes be ordered in error, therefore we accept some returns on a case-by-case basis(original and return shipping not refundable)
