DOA Returns policy
DWI offers a 14 Day return policy from day of invoice on all items if the user finds the item not as described (no fee will be administered) Item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging/dead on arrival (no fee will be administered) If the reasons above are causes for returns/refunds, DWI will ask that you send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund along with postage will be offered to buyer.
