CONN STROBO TUNER ST-11 The one the pro's use...Vintage STROBOTUNER

A great vintage Conn Strobo Tuner that the pros use!

This is the one that you see on stage at all the pro gigs....they don't make these anymore!

These old tuners were made back in the 1970's and are still in high demand because they are super accurate and super sensitive.

These old vintage Conn Strobo Tuners are great and a "Must have" for setting perfect guitar intonation! Every musician should own one of these! A must have for tuning pianos too!

However you must be selective when buying one of these units because so many have problems from being so old and many for sale have issues that most sellers won't tell you or they are unaware of the many possible problems these units so often have.

I have created a checklist for buyers below:

Overall Condition: Excellent, a nice clean unit with no dents or damage. Most of these old units have dents in the casing from being dropped.

Display wheel: Lights up and spins when turned on, the left side is somewhat darker but all 3 bulbs are lighting and working as they should. Average normal display, most of these old units have a very blurry display wheel when lit, spinning, and in use.

Motor: The motor is running smooth and quiet(Many of these old tuners have noisy rattling motors)

Calibration: This one is super easy and fast to calibrate, nice and tight calibration...most units are difficult to calibrate as you have to try and chase the wheel display from sharp to flat, back and forth, for a few minutes to get a stable calibration before using.

Note Knob: This one has a nice and clean note knob so you can easily see what note it is set to even in low light situations....most of these old units have worn off hard to read letters on the note knob from years of use.

Functions: All functions work as they should, even when set to the "+2" it still lights and works for those higher octave instruments. (On most of these old units you find the "+2" function doesn't work or light).

Rubber Feet: This one has all 4 rubber feet on the bottom.

Extras included: Includes the original all factory sealed power chord in the back, no mic.
