Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights

Returns for International and UK
Goods [that are in perfect re-saleable condition] may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not accept refunds on Earrings or Headwear for hygiene reasons.
We will refund the payment price to your Paypal account.
In order to return an item, you MUST ENCLOSE YOUR OIGINAL ORDER WITH YOUR REASON FOR RETURN STATED. In event of a return, please contact us FIRST so we know to expect your parcel. Returns Due to a Defect:
Firstly we are very sorry if this happens, but these things do happen despite all the precautions we take.We can assure you that we will endeavour to resolve the matter in a speedy, satisfactory and reasonable manner.
In event a product has arrived defect, please let us know IMMEDIATELY by emailing us using the same eBay id you used to purchase the goods via the eBay portal only. We will aim to replace the item if a replacement is available in stock. Your Defect item must be FIRST returned before a replacement can be sent. WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL FIRST BEING RETURNED. We will reimburse the returns postage either with a free jewellery gift value usually at higher than the returns cost or reimburse you in full for postage paid.
