Our refurbished products are products used for display or demonstration, or simply unboxed for routine inspections.
The manufacturer has checked, tested and repackaged them. These products are sold with standard accessories, manuals and cables of the brand new products.
 
These products are defined as B-stock, they are in mint working condition and free from relevant aesthetic defects.

The products are often stocked in the warehouses of our suppliers. Due to this reason, we guarantee that the shipment will be performed within 10 working days from payment.

If a product is available for immediate shipment, the information will be clearly reported in the text of the eBay auction.

We ask you to contact us before the payment because it is possible that at the moment of the order the product is not available (we sell products in different countries and with different e-shops, sometimes a product could go out of stock before we remove the ebay auction).

SHIPMENTS:

The products are often stocked in the warehouses of our suppliers. Due to this, we guarantee that the shipment will be performed within 10 working days from payment. If a product is available for immediate shipment, the information will be clearly reported in the text of the eBay auction. An EU shipment will take at least 3 days (for islands and east Europe 5-6 days). We can ship to Europe, please contact us for all the details. The price of 24.90 euros is applicable to: Germany, France, Spain, Austria, England, Belgium, Denmark, Holland and Luxembourg. WARRANTY:

Brand new products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, and for the customer who makes the order without indicating the number of VAT (private customers), the products are covered by Legal Warranty of 24 months for defects of conformity. For refurbished products (B-stock) the warranty is 12 months. The warranty for used products, if available, is specified in the text of the auction. In order to exercise the warranty it is necessary to keep the sales document that you receive directly from ebay or from us by email.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Provided you are a private customer, who orders goods for a purpose that can neither be attributed to your commercial activity nor to any independent professional activity, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 10 days after you receive the goods, under the Distance Selling Regulation.

Please note that this policy has some limitations.  These limitations includes certain product types e.g. perishable goods, custom made products, computer software which has been unsealed or installed by you, audio or video recordings which have been unsealed

You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods Artav.it di Arturo Lanzarotti shall, after receiving notification, either collect the goods from you.

Once you have notified to Artav.it di Arturo Lanzarotti that you are cancelling the contract, Artav.it di Arturo Lanzarotti will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment method for the goods.

If you cancel an order within the Cancellation Period but have already received the product, you must return the product as soon as possible to Artav.it di Arturo Lanzarotti and, in any event, within 30 days of Delivery. If Artav.it di Arturo Lanzarotti does not receive the product back from you, we may arrange for collection of the product from your delivery address at your cost.
