All of our items are 100% genuine and are all sourced from reputable UK wholesalers, we are always updating our listings but if you are looking for something in particular, please ask and we will see if we can obtain it from our suppliers.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the transaction, please contact us and we will always try our utmost to resolve the issue before leaving neutral/negative feedback.
POSTAGE
We only accept paypal and only send to the registered address on Paypal THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.
Once an item has left our premises, it is the hand of the third party postal service/courier and we can take no responsibility for this. If an item is not received, you MUST wait 30 days as stated on the Royal Mail website and any compensation claims must be resolved directly with Royal Mail. We take our prices from the Royal Mail website so they are as fair and accurate as we can make them, but we do need to account for packaging materials, labels etc so these are factored into our prices.
With regard to Recorded Delivery, this requires a signature upon receipt of item, if there is no one to sign for the item, it will be returned to the sorting office where it will be held for 7 days before being returned to us. Please bear in mind Royal Mail do not always leave notification cards so if you are expecting an item, it may be worth checking with your local sorting office. We always print our return address onto the address label.
RETURNS
We accept returns if item is unused and sealed and in the condition we sent it out in, item must be sent back within 14 days and buyer is liable for return postage, which must be the same method as we used originally (eg if we sent item First Class recorded, it must be sent back to us the same way). We will not except not returns on Lingerie, Swimwear, Intimate items, earrings or intimate care items.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
We only post to the selected countries listed, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.
