You are looking at a quality original 1940's WW2 Type C-1 Air Forces emergency sustenance vest with holster. Made in USA by Breslee MFG Co.
It is excellent vintage condition but for a few minor spot stains and some quality repairing near the right pit. Please see all images.
There is no indication of size but measurements indicate a Small. Please be guided by the exterior measurements.
