From my own collection, this is a very beautiful gold bracelet, delicate and finely wrought. It is an antique piece, circa 1920s, and these are so very hard to find now. I have owned it for close to 30 years, purchased when i lived in Malacca. It is not marked but I understand it is 18K, which would be normal for such pieces, although some are 20 k.  Excellent order, with no damage, all Intan diamonds present. These are also known as rose cut diamonds. Total weigh, including diamonds, is 5.11 grams. These are very rare now and seldom come on the open market.
