Shipping SHIPPING
We do not ship outside of the Continental United States. It is important that you verify the name, shipping address and phone number on your PayPal account before submitting an order. We will only ship to verified PayPal addresses.
While manufacturers package products very well, occasionally shipping damage can happen. At the time of delivery, please inspect the item for any damages. DO NOT sign for the order without inspecting it first. The buyer accepts liability for the product condition once the delivery receipt is signed. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
CURB SIDE DELIVERY:- Items shipped with residential curbside delivery generally take 7-10 business days from the time we ship the item until delivery

- Once your order arrives at NVC's local terminal, you will receive a phone call from NVC within 48 hours to schedule the delivery date
- The evening before your delivery you will receive an automated call to confirm your timeframe
- Delivery times are between 8am-5pm with a four hour window (Monday - Friday)

- You can upgrade your delivery service level to either Threshold Service (product placed inside a first floor entryway/garage) or White Glove Service (product placed in room of choice, unpacked w/ debris removal, basic connection/installation) for an additional fee. Upgrades can be processed by:

- A signature is required at the time of delivery.
- If not available at the first delivery attempt you will be contacted to schedule for second delivery attempt. The second delivery attempt is subject to an additional delivery fee.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return with the following exceptions.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Mattresses or foundations that are damaged, soiled, infested, stained or missing law tags cannot be returned.
Adjustable base beds/foundations cannot be returned.
Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer cannot be returned.
Delivery, labor and/or installation fees cannot be refunded.
DAMAGE REPORTING REQUIREMENT FOR DELIVERED ITEMS:
You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. To report damages and obtain the required claim number you will need to process a ‘return request’ via the eBay portal.
RESTOCKING FEES
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns unless the product is damaged, defective or the incorrect product was delivered. Restocking fees do not apply when and item is returned as defective or because and incorrect product was delivered.
MAIL-IN RETURNS
All shipped items can be returned by UPS using the pack slip provided. An order can be canceled only if it has not been shipped yet.
HOME DELIVERED ITEMS
All home delivered orders can be returned by processing a ‘return request’ via the eBay portal. This will initiate a new order for our carrier to pick the item up. An order can be cancelled at any time prior to delivery. To request a cancellation, you will need to process a ‘cancellation request’ via the eBay portal.
PROPER PACKAGING
If you are using a box to ship your return items, make every effort to use a new one. A box loses its original protective qualities over time and may not adequately protect your shipment if it has been previously used. If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid enough to withstand shipping and free of punctures, tears, rips and corner damage. Box flaps should be intact. Any old labels or other markings should be removed or covered.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
In the event of a return of items purchased in connection with a gift or award card promotion, all or a portion of the card amount may be deducted from any refund or exchange (please note that certain Award Cards may have a date on which they expire, which will be indicated on the face of the card). When returning items in which a free or bonus item was also provided as part of the purchase, the value of the free or bonus item may be deducted from any refund or exchange, unless the free or bonus item is also returned unused. When making a purchase as part of a multiple-buy discount (for example, “buy one get one free”) the value of the discount will be pro-rated among all items that are part of the multiple buy. If some but not all of the items that are part of the multiple buy are returned, the refund or exchange amount will be the amount paid for the items returned less the pro-rated discount. Refunds and exchanges may also be reduced if a discount was given at the time of purchase conditioned upon a bundled purchase, and some but not all of the items that were part of the offer are returned. We reserve the right to limit or decline a refund or exchange.
RETURN POLICY FOR OUT OF CARTON, DISCONTINUED, RECONDITIONED, SCRATCH-AND DENT AND USED MERCHANDISE
Certified in warranty Home Appliances may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Delivery charges are not refundable. Additional delivery (pick-up) charges may apply. For other products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange. Where appropriate, refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. In the event of a return of merchandise purchased in connection with a gift or award card promotion, the card amount may be deducted from any refund. Also, in the event of a return of merchandise in which a free item, gift or promotional card was also provided as part of the purchase, the value of the free items or cards will be deducted from any refund unless the free items or cards are also returned in an unused condition. In addition, in the event of a return of merchandise that was part of a multiple-buy discount (for example, “buy one get one free” or “buy a washer and a dryer together and receive $100 off”), the amount of the discount will be deducted from the return value of the item you return unless you return all of the other merchandise included in the multiple buy offer as well.
