Shipping Policy

UK BUYERS - We dispatched orders within one working day via Second Class Royal Mail post 

Unless/ otherwise stated or as requested by the purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please allow Royal Mail International post service 7-10 working days to deliver your order 

or otherwise you can choose other option to get your item faster by paying appropriate postage. 

We can provide tracking details only to those customers who paid for signed for service; we do obtain proof of posting in all cases. 

Payment Policy

We accept Paypal payment and major credit and debit cards through paypal beside Bank draft and Postal Orders. 

However, in event when you sent payment other than paypal, please allow us reasonable time to confirm the payment in our bank account.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after dispatch. Item should not been used and packed in its original packaging. 

In case of item used or open and not returned in their original sell-able condition, we reserve rights to refund accordingly. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable as per eBay policy but in case of error from seller side, you would be refunded fully.

Exchange faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If parcel delivered by courier is damaged, faulty or not what you were expecting or change mind, 

we shall swap/exchange or refund your order immediately subject to availability of stock. 

Please note bedding color may not be challenged that it’s darker or lighter or lighter or darker, 

we will accept return but will deduct postage even listed as free post because we already paid postage.

All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s account / credit card 

excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Feedback Policy

Once you received your item and happy with that, please leave us good feedback, we shall do the same for you. 

Somehow if you are not happy with your purchase due to any reason, please contact our customer services via eBay email messaging 

before leave feedback to address your issue on priority basis. We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours except Saturday and Sunday. 

However If you did not get reply then it must be due to an error or sometime technical issue online. 

We shall request you to drop an email message through eBay system as reminder.

Q. What is shipping cost for UK?

A. We are happy to offer free shipping for all our UK buyers. International buyers have to pay postage accordingly.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Royal mail second class post takes normally 3-5 working days (Mon -Fri) after dispatch. 

International post takes normally 7 to 10 working days after dispatch.

Q. Can I collect item from warehouse?

A. Yes in some cases we offered collection in person after taking appointment.

Q. Do we accept returns?

Yes we accept returns within 28 days after dispatch, as long as the item is still in its original condition, 

we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Paypal, Pay order, Personal Cheques and Postal orders. (International buyer’s paypal only)

Q. Product condition? Is it brand new and official products?

A. Yes, items are 100% brand new and from our registered suppliers.

Q. How long takes for refunds?

A. We made refund within 1 working day once item received back (please read our return policy).
