It is the buyers responsibility to make sure computer parts purchased are compatible with your system. Reach out to us if you need help and we will try our best to answer your questions.

If an item is needed urgently, we advise to upgrade shipping to be expedited. If we do not offer it in the listing, please message us before purchase so we can accommodate you.

Shipping
Items will be packaged two (2) days after payment is received. All item shipping carriers used are specified in the auction. We have the right to choose different carriers if free shipping is provided. Please allow seven (7) business days after receiving notice that item is shipped. Most packages are shipped via eBay shipping for your tracking convenience. Specials requests must be requested before purchase.

Payments
At this time, we only accept PayPal. Payments are due within three (3) days after auction/listing has ended.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns on most items unless item that is received is not one specified in the auction. If item is defective/broken, we may be able to send a replacement or issue you a refund. Buyer would be responsible for shipping the defective item back if a replacement is requested. We will provide shipping cost via eBay returns. We may ask you for photos if item is not deemed replaceable.
