This electronic organizer is new but it has some defects. There is a lot of wear and tear on the original box with some stains. The electronic organizer and journal book does not have any wear and tear to them nor are there any stains on them. The only thing that is missing from this package is the colored pens. Instructions not included. Please review all pictures to ensure you are fully satisfied with this item before purchasing.
