♦All product sold by Blancho Bedding will be brand new. Product we sell can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt, but we will not accept return product been used or washed.

♦If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will ship replacement and arrange return at our cost. If you prefer a refund, refund will be issued after we received the return. However, if you refuse your order without prior notice, return and original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For any remorse return, customers are responsible for the return shipping, and original shipping is not refundable.

♦For any color or size exchange after receipt of your order, customers are required to send return back at their cost, we will ship replacement soon free of charge. A return label will only be provided when errors occurred on our part.

♦Refund may take 7 to 10 business days to show up depending on the policies of your bank, credit card, or other source of funds after the receipt of your return.

How to return?

PLEASE contact us first if you have any question. We will always find a workaround for customers. You may contact us via the marketplaces portal for any inquiry and concern with your order information and exchange or return reason. Our Customer Service representative will provide Return Authorization Number and return instructions to you within 24 hours except weekend and holidays. Our return center will reject returns without Return Authorization Number.

• Fixed price product needs immediately PAYPAL payment.
• Auction price payment must be clear ASAP to avoid system cancellation.
• You can use all major credit cards to make payment through Paypal.
• Combine orders and shipping charges are preferred, please send us one payment for multiple orders instead of paying individual order. Add all your items in shopping cart and click the pay now button at the last, system may also combine your orders automatically and calculate the total amount for your review before you submit your order.
  

Shipping

• We ship worldwide except certain countries that our carriers don't serve, items will be shipped ASAP after clear payment.
• We only ship to verified Paypal address.
• We have multiple distribution centers, product will be shipped from available and nearest warehouse.
• Complimentary shipping will take 8~14 business days to deliver for most countries and may take longer delivery if parcel got stuck in Custom, please contact us for the quote of expedited service.
