Vintage knee high boots by Lotus from the late 1960s to early 1970s. Very Emma Peel / Avengers style. The materials used are not labelled but I believe the uppers are real patent leather. man made interior fabric, with black faux fur cuff and decorative metal buckled strap. Inside leg long zip. Chunky block heels. Resin rubber soles/heel tips.
Marked 4 1/2 (US size) which was at the time of manufacture a UK 3, though I would say it is closer to a modern UK 2 - 2.5 To ensure fit please compare the measurements to a similar style of shoe that fits you well:

Centre heel height: 2 1/2"
top of heel to cuff: 12"
Total height: 15"
Inside calf: 12 1/4"
Ouside ankle: 9 1/2"
