WeltHaus door WH75 system, model ArtLine LA122 is specially designed to give personality to your home.
Frame and sash, full Aluminum structure outside, powder coated painted, in the desired RAL colour(from tabel). Aluminum white panel inside, framed in a PVC structure.
This is a special EXTERNAL DOOR:
- One piece leaf, perfectly planer outside, both sided aluminum sheet;
- high thermal insulation, better that you have ever seen at a PVC or wood door;
- the newest automatic multi-point hardware of the world, with several innovations, Winkhaus - AV3.
WH 75 are our standard doors made from a combination of aluminum and PVC with a total depth of 102 mm.
The frame:
is made out of a PVC base, covered with aluminum plate powder coated painted in the desired color. This aluminum plate has perfectly welded corners, giving to the door an excellent look. Optically perfect.
- with a depth of 73 mm plastic + 12 mm aluminum profile, the total frame depth is 85 mm;
- Aluminum door threshold 20 mm with 2 seal and brush;
- Under request we offer additional profiles: 20, 30, 50, 150, or combinations (extra charge).
The sash(opening)- only inward opening:
- One piece leaf, perfectly planer outside, both sided aluminum sheet ;
- with a depth of 73 mm plastic + aluminum plates about 2 mm, entire depth of the sash is 75 mm,
- the door panel is a combination of several insulation materials, so that all single-block becomes a very stable structure with a depth of 62 mm;
- 3 Trade laminated safety glass, Ug 0.6 W/m2K, 43dB security sound proof glass, satin, Glass thickness 59 mm: VSG3.3.1 Satin/ argon / F4 / argon / VSG3.3.1 Satinat (glass dimensions 1400 x 200 mm)
- the decorations are made of satin finished stainless steel.
