EMBROIDERED AUSTRIAN TULLE LACE TRIM
This is a very delicate embroidered tulle flounce lace in dark navy blue with navy blue embroidery on the flounce edge. The main part of the tulle has a flower trail design in navy on a navy tulle and the flounce has navy embroidery with tiny metallic flecks. The lace has an unfinished top edge and a bottom flounce/scalloped edge.
Width is 7.5"/19cm
