EPS MOULDING PROCESS
Making carbon products involves compressing layers of carbon fiber and epoxy resin into a mould to get the the shape your purpose. We use EPS molding process and high temperature against resin to improve the stiffness and performance of the tradition way can not deliver to.
We can make EPS molding to the exact shape that we desired before laminating carbon fiber around them and put into the mould. Using EPS as the core mould, and then laminate the carbon fiber around them. And when heated, these EPS will help the pressure to formers well with consistent thickness and no wrinkles. After heated, the EPS part will become 20% of original size, and easily to clear out.
Shipping damage used to be a problem in the world wide delivery, in order to solve this,we designed a new box with strong inside structure. It will protect your wheels from violently throwing and pressure on the long trip.
Inside the box, there is uniquely designed structure to fix the 2 wheels in position,so it can handle the strong shaking during the shipping.The box may be damaged during the shipping,but you will get complete and brand new wheels finally.

·If you need the item urgently and want to ship via FEDEX, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc., we also have our shipment agent partner, and can get a special price for you. Also the shipment cost could be collect if you wish(you need an account of any of these express service company).
·When we deliver out the items via EMS, or China Post Air Parcel (Door to door service). The tracking number, track website and PI for customs clearance will be sent to you by email.
