14K White Gold Vintage Omega Women's Watch - With Diamonds

This Vintage Omega Watch  has a  solid 14K white gold case and a gold filled / stainless band.  
The front of the watch has 16 small diamonds - I am guessing carat weight to be approximately 0.16 ct TCW. 

17 Jewels. 

Movement may need some repairs, however when wound it does tick.
