Please note that extra large items such as furniture that exceed USPS size/weight limits ship via LTL trucks. It may delay the departure and transit time and may require a delivery appointment. Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Please ship your parcel back to UnbeatSale freight prepaid and insured, as we cannot be responsible for the item until it is received and signed for. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and tell us whether you would like the item to be repaired, exchanged, or refunded. Our return address is listed on the top portion of the packing slip or you may always send us an email if it cannot be located. Returns are normally processed within 24-48 hours, however may take up to 7 days from the date we receive it.
