Up for sale here is this Sylvania 12AV7 tube.  It is NOS NIB.  I tested this on my B&K 747B tube tester, and it tested at 105/114, with no shorts or grid emissions, on a scale of 0-120, where 65 is minimum good.  This is from the 1950s and has shiny black plates.  It is guaranteed to work for you.  Please see my pictures for details.
