Inseam is measured from the seam to the bottom of the pant leg.
All measurements are approximate and are within 1/2 of an inch.
All skirts are measured from the top of the skirt to the bottom.
All tops/jackets/dresses are measured on flat surface, unstretched.

International shipping is through the global shipping program ONLY. This is done through eBay. We do not set the price or method of shipping so please do not ask us to change it.
We do not ship to APO/FPO at this time. We will only ship to the registered eBay/PayPal address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address or addresses that are missing information. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their ship to address is current and correct. All of our packages will be wrapped securely and shipped in an economical way. Shipping includes packaging materials, labels, printer ink…much more than postage. We attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible. All items are shipped with delivery tracking.
All sales are final, refunds are (usually) not permissible unless the problem or mistake is clearly on our end. If you have a problem with any of our merchandise, please allow us the opportunity to work it out before leaving us negative feedback. It is never our intention to mislead anyone. Frankly, if we make a mistake we will correct it, no questions asked. These mistakes we will correct with out question:
•Shipped the wrong item.
•Item listing has an incorrect description of the item (example: a different size was shipped.)
We will accept return of the item only if they are not exactly as described in the listing. Matters of opinion are just that, and not necessarily an automatic reason for return. Please note that not all computer monitors display colors the same way. What you see on your monitor may not accurately portray the color or shade of the product. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return authorization or a refund/exchange will not be granted.
Once we have inspected the item and found to be in error, a refund/exchange will be provided within 10 days.
Refunds will be as cash back via PayPal for the purchase price only, postage is excluded. Items purchased with free shipping will be refunded for the purchase price, less cost of postage.
Buyer's are responsible for all Postal insurance claims, but we will help with any information needed.

We will no longer be doing special shipping requests for these type of situations. For example:
shipping to a different address, shipping the item to one location and invoice to alternate locations, special packaging demands.
Anything Involving inclusion of items or demands of promotional flyers, ebay store advertising, or any coupons we are offering being removed from packaging. These situations repeatedly cost us money. We have not been hired or paid by you to do half of your work as a third party seller/buyer. We by no means discourage this practice. We all do what works for us to survive in this economical way.
