This is a beautiful, oversized button front shirt/ tunic from Chico's Design.  It's made from a rayon/silk blend velvet with an Asian writing, burnout design.  Very lightweight, soft and comfy with no stretch, and dark iridescent shell buttons down the front and at the one button cuff of the long sleeves. Straight hemline with 7.5 inch side vents.   Used but in great condition, no flaws.  The burnout areas are quite sheer so you might want to wear a cami underneath.
